Order Handling & Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. In case of maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, the shipping timelines may be affected. If you do not receive your shipping information within the expected time, kindly contact us on WhatsApp at 7082595331 or email us at chhavienterprise74@gmail.com.

Although we are confident that you will love your Chhavi Care products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we will make it right.

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at chhavienterprise74@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 7082595331 with clear pictures of the wrong item delivered along with your order ID.

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

Step 3 – Upon approval, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product from your location.

Step 4 – If reverse pickup service is not available in your area, we will assist you with an alternative solution.

Step 5 – Once the wrong product is picked up, we will ship your replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.

Item Damaged

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at chhavienterprise74@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 7082595331 with clear images of the damaged product and your order ID.

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3 – Upon approval, our courier partner will collect the damaged product.

Step 4 – If reverse pickup is unavailable, we will provide an alternative option.

Step 5 – Once the damaged item is collected, we will ship your replacement (subject to stock) or issue a refund.

We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases:

• Opened, used, or altered products
• Original packaging (outer box, labels, seals, etc.) missing or damaged
• Return/replacement request raised after 3 days from the date of delivery

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is processed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order value, which may change from time to time. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. The shipping charges displayed at checkout will be considered final.
