Wrong Item Delivered – Chavi Care
Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email – chhavienterprise74@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 7082595331 with clear pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 – In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 – As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (subject to stock availability), or else we will process a refund.
Item Damaged – Chavi Care

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – On approval, we will send our courier partner to collect the damaged product.
Step 4 – If reverse pick-up is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 – Once the damaged product is picked up, we will ship your replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.
We will NOT be able to return/replace products in the following cases
Opened, used, or altered products
Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
Return/replacement request raised after 3 days from the date of delivery
Returns and refunds are not possible for the makeup category
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellation only before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order value (as notified from time to time). We also offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD). The shipping charges displayed at checkout will be considered final.
Pricing Information – Chavi Care
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product and pricing information, occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur. Please note that the price of a product is confirmed only after your order is placed.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to an error, Chavi Care reserves the right, at its discretion, to decline or cancel such orders unless the product has already been shipped. If an item is mispriced, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
Your order will be considered accepted only after the product is dispatched. Until then, we may modify the price or cancel the order and inform you via email or phone.
If payment has already been processed and we need to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers and discounts are not applicable site-wide and may be limited to specific categories. Additionally, some coupon codes may not apply to certain products or categories.
